I found a home in managing design teams, because I care about people. My roles allow me to not only focus on the people using our products, but supporting the people building our products. My favorite things to do are learn about interesting problems, facilitate ideation sessions to come up with solution ideas, help my team iterate through the detailed designs by collecting feedback, and have a little fun along the way.
